Paralenz Customer Support Returns (Kinda)

-

Folks who need tech support for their Paralenz action cameras in the wake of the company’s bankruptcy announcement just kinda sorta might be in luck.

Jack Song, from the Shenzhen Creative Technology Co., Ltd. which is the manufacturer of the Paralenz Vaquita (1st and 2nd Gen) and other accessories, posted a notice on the Paralenz World Facebook page about his “shock” regarding Paralenz’s bankruptcy declaration last October.

In his February 21st post, Song writes:

“I’m very shocked for the bankruptcy of Paralenz, since we have cooperated with Paralenz for more than 8 years and have invested a great deal of time in the products and brand.”

“Maybe some users are facing the sales service problem, as [we] the only manufacturer, we will try to help for Vaquita 1st & 2nd.”

Song noted that he had seen many Vaquita users seeking spare parts in Paralenz Support, adding that “we still have some Vaquita Gen 2nd and other accessories in our warehouse.”

He continued:

“We only want to try our best to help the users of Paralenz Vaquita, we cannot guarantee that we can do all the supports as before Paralenz did.”

For any questions, Song said to contact him by mail at jksong@vip.163.com.
