National men’s freediving records continue to be set at a blistering pace during Vertical Blue 2021 at Dean’s Blue Hole in the Bahamas, with five new ones being smashed on Day 6.
Mexico’s Pepe Salcedo dove to 94m/308ft in 3mins 30secs for a national Constant Weight with Bifins (CWTBF) record.

Switzerland’s Florian Burghardt bested his 82m/269ft dive on Day 4 with an 84m/276ft dive in 2mins 40secs on Day 6 in the Constant Weight (CWT) discipline.
Mexico’s Alejandro Lemus beat his 101m/331ft CWT dive on Day 4 with a 104m/341ft dive in 3mins 7secs on Day 6.
Italy’s Vincenzo Ferri — who on Day 3 didn’t make a 109m/358ft CWT attempt — successfully dove to 104m/341ft in 3mins 16secs on Day 6 for a national record in the CWTBF discipline.

Peru’s Juani Valdivia bested his 67m/220ft CWT dive on Day 5 with a 69m/226ft dive in 2mins 8secs the following day.
